I'm doing another request from a 2nd time client. The colour...pink...again :). Will update the overall outcome..tomorrow...(hopefully) hehehhe.

Crochet Bookmark-Upgrade

I've done few bookmarks previously with the flower crochet and nice ribbon on felt.There were requests on having customised message at the back of the bookmarks. I've done these with special glow-in-dark ink pen. The result was ok but I found it a bit tricky handling the pen...or maybe because of my clumsiness? :) So...I've decided to sew requested messages (clients also prefer them to be sewed) and it turned out as below. I've also sewed blanket stitches around the bookmark and it looks much better I think.

Strap Re-do!

I've done one hp pouch for a client's daughter using the pink grossgrain ribbon. I'm not sure whether it has been weakly sewed or the ribbon was not strong enough, it just tore off from the pouch. Hmm...what an embarrasement hehehe. So, in order to make good impression on my creation (yea rite hehehe) , I've decided to try another way for the pouch's strap. Andddddddd...it came out like this

Cheeky huh? hehehhe. Anyway, I returned it back to my client and she's happy with it. Phewwwww...what a relief. Moral of the story, always have backup plan hehehe.

Soft Pink, Striking Pink

Pink does have many characters, just like people. One design (the navy pouch with soft pink) is for my dear friend, Kak Umi. Nice, soft but strong hearted person, I've known her only for a short while but her warmth and sincere personality allows me to adore her as if I've known her for years. Hope u like it, kak umi :)

Another one is for my good old school friend, yuszalina. The striking pink resembles her as bubbly, cheerful, courageous person and she's still the same yus I've known all these years. Miss you girl. Hope you like this creation (I'm posting it by today heheh no worries).

Flower Crochet..Again :)

Flower crochet never fails to excite me. Especially when they are bright in colours. Got this order from an office friend who's getting married and wanna have these flowers to be attached on her wedding favors. Hope I can have one snap of the final product hehe once she's completed the favor 'coz I only provided my crochet flowers. Hope she'll like these colorful flowers. Her guests can later use them as brooches too :).

Craft Books

There are so many craft books that can guide and give tips/inspirations on how to/tutorials on craft making. As for me, I prefer the books since it'll be more practical and I can bring it anywhere I want and use it whenever I want. There's one website that I've tried buying craft books and the service is soooooooo cool , efficient and informative. Got this order from a dear friend who requested for a nice , soft colour as a gift to someone. Well, there's no other colours that I could think of other than pink/blue. They just suit each other so well, don't you think? Anyway, hope my client loves this design. Thanks for the order.... :).

Colourful Bookmarks
